This matter is before the Court on the Motion of defendants, J. P. Stevens & Co., Inc., Celanese Polymers & Specialties Co. and Midwest Rug Company, for a Directed Verdict at the conclusion of all the evidence pursuant to Rule 50(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
