A legatee of deceased seeks payment of her legacy. She was cited in this accounting proceeding and originally defaulted though advised that the accounting executor intended to charge off her legacy to satisfy a claim against her asserted by him in behalf of the estate. Through counsel the legatee procured the opening of her default and her objections now on file require determination of her rights.
