The appellant, Kellogg Toasted Corn Flake Company, a Michigan corporation, brought suit against *659appellee, the Quaker Oats Company, a New Jersey corporation, called defendant herein, to enjoin defendant from selling a food product, made from white corn, in cartons bearing the words “Toasted Corn Flakes,” from using cartons containing such a food product and bearing such words, and from selling the product in the particular cartons which defendant is using.
