The appellee, White Grocery Company, a corporation ■engaged in the grocery business at Williamsburg, Kentucky, recovered in the Whitley circuit court a verdict and judgment for $1,300.00 damages against the appellant, Nolin Milling Company, a corporation engaged in the milling business at Nolin, Kentucky, alleged to'have resulted from the violation by the latter of a contract whereby it sold to appellee, as further alleged, six hundred. barrels of flour at $4.00 per barrel, none of which was delivered.
