Plaintiff Dr. Christine Nayal (“Nayal”) brought this class action on behalf of herself and all others similarly-situated against defendant HIP Network Services IPA, Inc. (“HIP”), asserting claims of breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and violation of New York General Business Law § 349 (“§ 349”).
