GANNON, Justice.

On petition and prayer of twenty-eight ■original and intervening plaintiffs — all lot owners and all but three home owners in Simms Woods Addition in the City of Houston — the District Court, after a jury trial and on the verdict and “such additional considerations and findings as were required by law” commanded the defendants, Alexander Schroeder Lumber Co. and E. S.
