Plaintiff is a Minnesota corporation, having its office and mill at Minneapolis, Minnesota, and engaged in the business of manufacturing, or milling, from Amber Durum wheat, a flour product, commonly known by the trade name of "Semolina." Defendant is a Missouri corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing macaroni, spaghetti and similar products, and, in the manufacture of such products, uses Semolina flour. One Charles W.
