Plaintiffs Patrick McQueen, Gail Russell, Michelle Shumaker, and Sharon Dancy, aviation police officers employed by the City of Chicago’s Department of Aviation (“DOA”), brought suit against several current and former DOA supervisors and the City of Chicago.
