Before this bankruptcy case was filed, three probate estates obtained more than $1 billion in judgments against the Debt- or’s wholly owned subsidiary- — Trans Health Management, Inc. (“THMI”) — and THMI’s former parent — Trans Healthcare, Inc. (“THI”).
