POOS, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company, a Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Pridco, in its complaint alleges that J. H. Miller Manufacturing Corporation of Puerto Rico, hereinafter referred to as Miller of Puerto Rico, entered into a written lease with it on or about September 23, 1951, on a rental basis of $1,698.27 per month; that Miller of Puerto Rico defaulted in the rental payments from December 1, 1953, to June 30, 1954, totalling $11,887.89, plus an additional $569.24, representing rent adjustments from May 1, 1953 to November 30, 1953, and…
