By permission, plaintiffs have appealed from a partial judgment in respect to part of their suit against one of the defendants, Robertson County, Tennessee. Plaintiffs seek compensation from the County for the death of Willard P. Hill who lost his life in the crash of an aircraft being used by the Sheriff of Robertson County to transport a prisoner.
