By Information, Ide was charged with one count of first degree robbery, a class A felony, § 569.020, RSMo 1994, for forcibly stealing money with a deadly weapon from a Mico gas station in St. Joseph in March, 1992, and one count of second degree robbery, a class B felony, § 569.030, RSMo 1994, for a February, 1992 incident at a Marcum’s station. A jury found him guilty on both charges, recommending sentences of five years on the second degree count and ten years on the first degree charge.
