The plaintiff, Nanodata Computer Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “plaintiff”, “debtor” or “Nanodata”), seeks a determination by this Court that this adversary proceeding is a “core” proceeding under section 157(b), 28 U.S.C. and an order striking Kollmorgen Corporation’s (hereinafter referred to as “defendant” or “Koll-morgen”) first, affirmative defense of lack of jurisdiction over the subject matter.
