Citizens’ Guaranty State Bank of Hutchins brought this suit against the surety upon a fidelity bond, which undertook to indemnify the payee against losses arising from the malfeasance of one of its officers in the handling of money and securities. Judgment was in favor of the defendant, a surety company, in both the trial court and in the Court of Civil Appeals. 242 S. W. 488.
