MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
VAN BEBBER, Chief Judge.
On October 17, 1995, the court issued an order directing defendant Southwestern Bell Telephone Company to show cause why these cases should not be remanded to Kansas state court for lack of diversity jurisdiction. For the reasons set forth below, the court orders the cases remanded to Kansas state court.
