Utah Power & Light (“UP & L”) appeals from an order entered by the district court for the fourth judicial district granting the motion of the Utah Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, KUTV, Inc., Bonneville International, Inc., United Television, Inc., Kearns-Tribune Corp., Deseret News Publishing Co., and The Standard Corp.
