Robert Shearer, the Chapter 7 Trustee for the above-captioned debtor (hereafter “the Trustee”), brings the instant adversary action to avoid as preferential under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b) two discrete transfers of money from the United States District Court, W.D: Pa.
