Reeves ("Plaintiff") brings this Action against the City of Yonkers ("Defendant") pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12112 et seq. , and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act ("Title VII"), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. , alleging that she was "terminated [from her job with Defendant for] using compensation time for medical appointments and procedures," while certain employees of Defendant believed she was in fact "running for office and taking time off for campaigning."
