LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.

This case arises from plaintiff Kory A. Welch’s ex-husband’s alleged forgery of a note and mortgage on her home. On June 30, 2004, this court entered a memorandum and order dismissing plaintiffs federal claims and remanding her pendent state law claims to state court. See generally Welch v. Centex Home Equity Co., 323 F.Supp.2d 1087 (D.Kan.2004). This matter comes before the court on plaintiffs motion for reconsideration (doc. 244).
