GRACE, Judge:

The Appellant was tried by a general court-martial consisting of a military judge *682alone. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of two specifications of assault with a dangerous weapon under Article 128 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 928, one specification of impersonating an agent of superior authority under Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934, two specifications of willfully damaging military property under Article 108, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 908, and one specification of dereliction of duty under Article 92, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 892.
