CAMERON, Judge.

This is a suit by Ernest J. Linsenmeyer,. plaintiff, against Glenford M. Flood and' G. M. Flood Plumbing and Heating Company, Inc., an Arizona corporation, defendants, for the amount of $3,500 loaned tó the defendants. The defendants answered and plead' a discharge in bankruptcy. The lower court held for the defendants and the plaintiff brings this appeal.
