|?This is a personal injury matter. Plaintiffyappellant Jeffrey Meaux contends that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of defendant/ap-pellee Wendy’s International, Inc. (‘Wendy’s”). Mr. Meaux was a worker hired by a subcontractor to clean up debris on a project in which the subcontractor was removing fascia from a Wendy’s restaurant. Mr. Meaux was injured when a part of the building’s front wall collapsed on him while other employees were removing the fascia from the building.
