I. Introduction

Plaintiff Community Vocational Schools of Pittsburgh, Inc. ("plaintiff" or "Community Vocational Schools") brings this action under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, as amended by the Junk Fax Prevention Act of 2005 ("TCPA"), 47 U.S.C. § 227. Presently pending before this court is the motion for summary judgment filed by defendant Mildon Bus Lines, Inc. ("defendant" or "Mildon"). (ECF No. 93.)
