JACKSON, Justice.

In the trial court the plaintiff, George R. Miller, sought recovery for damages allegedly caused by defendants, Billy Edward Dismuke and Hale-Halsell Company, a corporation, when plaintiff’s vehicle was struck from the rear by a vehicle driven by Dismuke, an employee of Hale-Halsell Company.

Briefly stated, the facts are that prior to the accident plaintiff, Miller, was driving a pick-up truck in an easterly direction on Pine Street in the City of Tulsa. Defendants’ semi-trailer truck, was following immediately behind the plaintiff. Immediately ahead of the plaintiff was a car…
