LANGDON, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal growing out of an action for declaratory judgment brought by the State Highway Commission, appellee herein, against appellant, D. C. Hall Company, a Delaware corporation with authority to do business in Texas; and Braswell Motor Freight Lines, Inc., a Texas corporation. Both corporations do business in Texas and each has designated 201 Ray-nolds Boulevard, in the City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, as its registered office and principal place of business in the State of Texas.
