*817This is a suit brought by the Champion Spark Plug Company, a Delaware corporation, against Jack Emener, doing business as the Detroit Spark Plug Exchange, a resident of Detroit, Mich., to restrain the defendant from continuing to carry on his business of purchasing, reconditioning, and reselling to the public used spark plugs manufactured by the plaintiff and known as Champion Spark Plugs, on the grounds that by such business the defendant (1) infringes certain patents of the plaintiff, covering the manufacture and sale of spark plugs, (2) infringes the plaintiff’s trade-mark, Champion, as…
