BARKER, District Judge.

This matter comes before the court on plaintiff’s, United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO, CLC (“USWA”), and defendant’s, Dayton-Walther Corporation, Muncie Division (“Company”), cross-motions for summary judgment concerning the enforcement of a labor arbitration award.

Based on the briefs of the parties, the affidavits, documents, and depositions attached thereto, the court now enters its findings of fact and conclusions of law. In accordance therewith, the court GRANTS USWA’s motion for summary judgment and DENIES the Company’s motion for summary judgment. The…
