These matters come before the Court on the two-count complaint filed by South Motor Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. (the “Debtor”) against Chrysler Motor Corporation a/k/a Chrysler Corp. (the “Creditor”) seeking the alternative relief of specific performance or damages for alleged breach of a certain agreement (the “Agreement”). In addition, the Creditor’s filed proof of claim to which the Debtor objected is at issue. Upon consideration of the pleadings and the evidence adduced at trial, the Court hereby denies the relief…
