MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of David A. Nolte (“Nolte”) for payment of post-petition compensation obligations associated with his Employment Agreement (the “Employment Agreement”) with Pre Press Graphics Company, Inc. (the “Debtor”). 1 Nolte claims that pursuant to the provisions of the Employment Agreement, he is entitled to the payment of $21,037.11, which he asserts is a post-petition priority expense of administration under 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(1)(A) and § 507(a)(1).
