Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Mandatory Abstention and Remand of Removed Action, or, Alternatively, Motion for Remand and for Discretionary Abstention; and, Plaintiffs’ two Motions to Sever Defendants Armstrong World Industries, Inc., and Babcock & Wilcox.
