Presented to us herein are a Motion of the Debtor’s Mortgagee, MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE CORP. (hereinafter referred to as “the Mortgagee”), for relief from the automatic stay (hereinafter referred to as “the Stay Motion”) and the Debtor’s Adversary Complaint, based upon 11 U.S.C. §§ 502(a), 506(a), (d) and the federal Truth-in-Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601, et seq.
