A. INTRODUCTION

On September 14, 1987, Nassau Savings and Loan Association (hereinafter referred to as “Nassau”) filed an omnibus motion seeking, inter alia, relief from the automatic stay. Thereafter, on October 13, 1987, we entered a Consent Order embodying the substance of a telephone conference agreement between interested counsel that a hearing on the motion would be scheduled on October 19,1987, and that the stay would remain in place pending the completion of the hearing and disposition of the motion.
