A. T. Smith, manager of the A. T, Smith Drug Company, was killed hy an electric shock, at a time when he -was using an electric light, in the drug store of the com-pany. The electricity for the lighting was furnished hy -the Middleshoro Electric Company, a corporation, en.-gaged in generating and. distributing electricity for '.lighting purposes.
