Thomas Yates appeals from the entry of summary judgment on his age discrimination claim against Rexton, Inc. Yates alleges that Rexton terminated his employment in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (1994 & Supp. IV 1998), and the Minnesota Human Rights Act, Minn. Stat. § 363.03 (2000).
