Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered May 10, 1976, convicting defendant after a jury trial of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of six years to life, unanimously reversed, on the law, the judgment of conviction is vacated, and the matter remanded for a new Wade hearing and, if appropriate, for a new trial.
