Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Breslin, J.), rendered December 6, 2004, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crimes of attempted *1031criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree.
