Anthony Kalenkosky (“Kalenkosky”) appeals an order enforcing his child support obligation. Kalenkosky presents four issues on appeal contending: (1) the trial court erred in failing to exclude evidence of non-payment of child support prior to 1994; (2) the 1985 arrearage judgment was dormant and could not be included in the order; (3) no evidence was presented to establish that the attorney’s fees awarded were reasonable and necessary; and (4) the presumption of validity of a record of child support payments violates the constitutional right to confront…
