The memorandum published in this matter on February seventeenth is hereby recalled and the following substituted in place thereof:
Claiming that he was employed as ofice manager by the defendant, a membership corporation, for the term of his life, and that he was unlawfully discharged, *414plaintiff "brought this action to recover his damages for such breach.
