Weed Warrior Services and Brenda Et-cheverry appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Progressive Northwestern Insurance Company (“Progressive”). At issue is whether the Etcheverrys’ decision to take uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) coverage in a lesser amount than the general coverage under a commercial automobile insurance policy constitutes a “rejection” under the New Mexico uninsured *854motorist statute.
