Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered April 20, 1979, upon a jury verdict convicting defendant of assault in the second degree and sentencing her to a one-year term of imprisonment, reversed, on the law, and the case remanded for a new trial. Study of the record herein discloses this case to be one of credibility and that prosecutorial misconduct served to deprive defendant of a fair trial free of prejudicial irrelevancies and improprieties.
