This is an application for a writ of mandamus aga'nst the Attorney General, commanding him to sign and file in this Court an information in the nature of a quo warranto against John McQueen to determine the *148right of the said John McQueen to the office of sheriff of the county of Kent. It is alleged and appears as a> fact that the prosecuting attorney of that county, as well as the Attorney General, has refused, and still refuses, to sign or file such an information, which has been duly presented to each of them.
