On July 10, 1991, defendants Shearson Lehman Brothers Inc., Shearson Lehman Hutton Inc., First American Center Limited Partnership, Shearson Lehman First American Center Inc., A. George Kallop, Paul W. Perkins, Gary D. Gallagher, William M. Kahn, and Robert F.
