MEMORANDUM OPINION

Presently pending and ready for review in this wage and hour law case are two motions filed by Defendants: (1) a motion to dismiss all claims against Defendants Hector Rincon; Hector Rincon, Jr.; Guapo’s Bethesda, Inc.; Guapo’s Restaurant, Inc.; Guapo’s of Fair Lakes, Inc.; and Guapos of Virginia, Inc.
