Robert J. McDevitt (Claimant) 1 petitions for review of an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that reversed a referees decision on the ground that Claimants petition was barred by Section 315 of The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act (Act). 2 We affirm.
