Introduction
Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment filed by Eastman Kodak Company (“Kodak”), one of the debtors in the above-captioned bankruptcy case, on its claims for declaratory and injunctive relief against Apple Inc. (“Apple”) and FlashPoint Technology, Inc. (“FlashPoint”). Apple and FlashPoint have asserted inventorship claims pursuant to federal patent law and state law claims relating to certain patents registered to Kodak.
