Plaintiffs appeal from an order denying their motion for a new trial.
The action is one to recover upon a fire insurance policy against loss or damage by fire issued by defendant to these plaintiffs. The policy is in the amount of $1,000 upon a two-story, frame building, used for mercantile and lodging purposes, located within the fire limits of the city of Duluth. The insurance was for the term of one year, commencing May 27, 1931.
