— Order modified and, as modified, affirmed, without costs, in accordance with the following memorandum: Special Term properly dismissed plaintiffs, Schlottman Agency, Inc., first cause of action in its complaint against defendants Aetna Casualty and Surety Company and the Standard Fire Insurance Company.
