Michael G. May appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of CitiMortgage, Inc. and ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. (collectively Citi-Mortgage), holders of the mortgage on the home initially owned by May and his wife.1 After he was awarded sole ownership of the property in divorce proceedings, May attempted to effect a conditional mortgage refinance option.
