This wrongful death suit involves an accident on a dock in which plaintiff’s husband, a longshoreman, was struck and killed by a truck backing up to a crane.
New Terminal Warehouse Corporation (appellant or New Terminal), is in the business of warehousing goods shipped by water, and provides docks for loading or unloading operations.
