BECKER, District Judge.

These two cases are antitrust actions at law for treble damages under Section 4 of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C.A. § 15) based upon alleged conspiracies in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman AntiTrust Act (15 U.S.C.A. § 1). The actions arise out of the same alleged conspiracies which were the basis for indictments of manufacturers of electrical equipment products in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia in 1960, followed by convictions in 1961. Both actions were filed February 9, 1962.
